The Lakes of Oak Grove Homeowners Association is responsible for maintaining the standards of appearance, safety, and value of our neighborhood for the property owners. The board must plan for future repairs, replacements, expenses, legal fees, etc. that may arise from managing the neighborhood. This mission is made possible through yearly homeowner dues. Payments that are past due restrict the association’s ability to fulfill its mission and maintain the neighborhood in which you live. We understand that there are several outstanding violations that exist, and we are working on this. To better fulfil this obligation, the HOA Board utilizes Quality Management Solutions under a 1-year contract to aide in violation inspections and enforcement of the violations.
