The HOA will be holding an additional general meeting for the purpose of establishing quorum in voting on Covenants & Restriction changes and dues increase. The meeting will be held Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 6:45pm. We will convene at the Dutchtown Library, 13278 Highway 73, Geismar, LA 70734. **Please note this meeting is NOT at the Galvez Library, which was the location of the 2nd meeting. Library location is based on library availability.**
Note that the 2023 membership fee of $100 was due by June 30th. If you have paid, thank you for your timely payment. If you have not paid, contact laog.treasurer@gmail.com for your balance as the payment now incurs the late fee. In order to vote at the meeting, you must be in good standing, which includes having your dues paid through 2023 and no outstanding rules violations.
