The HOA will be holding a secondary general meeting for the purpose of establishing quorum in voting on Covenants & Restriction changes and dues increase. The secondary meeting will be held Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at 6:45pm. We will convene at Galvez Library, 13278 40300 Highway 42 at Autumn Leaves Dr., Prairieville, LA 70769.
Note that the 2023 membership fee of $100 was due by June 30th. If you had paid, thank you for your timely payment. If you have not paid, contact laog.treasurer@gmail.com for your balance. In order to vote at the meeting, you must be in good standing, which includes having your dues paid through 2023 and no outstanding rules violations.

The purpose of the meeting on August 16, 2023 is to vote on the amendments to the Lakes at Oak Grove Subdivision’s Declaration of Covenants & Restrictions. The main changes are to vote on dues increase and to remove the Developer from the Covenants & Restrictions.
