As always, there will be an opportunity for members to bring up topics for discussion and questions at the meeting during our “Open Floor” portion. By submitting your questions/concerns ahead of time the board can be sure to have the answers readily available for you and ensure that each person that would like to speak will have time to do so during the allotted time we have at the venue. *Please know that submitting a question/concern early is for the board to best prepare to answer. It does not at all remove your opportunity to speak publicly.*
