There will be notices mailed shortly addressing a change in the meeting date.   Ascension Parish has informed us that we can no longer use the center on June 20th due to the staging of voting machines and with the lack of entering Phase 3 due to the covid pandemic, we will need to push the meeting to a later date.  The website will be updated with a the new meeting date when the parish provides us with the availability of the community center.  Please be on the look out for the official change of date mailing. If you have any questions, please contact the HOA Board.

This year’s HOA general membership meeting will be on Saturday June 20th at 10:00am at Oak Grove Community Center, 37433 Highway 42 in Prairieville.

Note that the 2020 membership fee of $100 is due by the following day, so you may bring your check to the meeting, or you can now pay online. Of course, you may send your check in the mail as before if you’d prefer.
