Dear Lakes at Oak Grove Residents,

This year’s Lakes at Oak Grove Homeowners Association general membership meeting will be on Sunday May 25th, 2014 at 3:00 pm. We’ll meet at Fellowship Church, 14363 Hwy. 73 in Prairieville. Click here to see it on Google Maps.

Please make every effort to attend this once-a-year meeting. We’ll be discussing issues that are important to all of us, and your input can help shape the direction of our neighborhood. Keep in mind that the decisions made by those in attendance affect everyone. This is your opportunity to voice support or opposition to the issues being discussed, as well as to ask questions or voice your own concerns.

Remember that before making any changes to the exterior of your home, building any additions, fences, or making any changes to the street view of your home, including doors, shutters, roofing, paint color, etc., you need to contact the HOA by mail for consideration of your proposed changes.

Also, remember that the 2014 HOA dues need to be paid by June 30, 2014. We’ll be sending out notices in late May 2014.
